Abstract:
We propose to continue our participation in Ocean Surface Topography Science Team (OSTST) activities. The proposal budget is limited to travel support for PI and Co-I attendance at OSTST and general scientific meetings. Support for continuation of OSTST research activities described under the previous OSTST proposal will be available to the PI and Co-Is through no-cost extensions (to be requested) on the existing OSTST grant. The availability of these funds in the existing grant is the result of project delays that have been caused by the retirement of critical technical personnel and the transition to active emeritus status of the lead PI.
